Lankston CEO of Worldwide Jazz Radio. Lankston has 13 years as a Jazz DJ on Major Market Radio in Reno & Las Vegas. He has Interviewed 100s of International Jazz Artists, Hosted Jazz Festivals, and received many awards for his work as a DJ and working in the Las Vegas Community. I became frustrated with FM Stations for not giving Jazz the respect it deserves so decided to start my own Station. Once I announced this I was approached by Threestyle to host a Radio Show which I thought was a great idea, that influenced me to ask more International Jazz Artist. Worldwide Jazz Radio has the most International Jazz Artist on Radio. Canadian bassist Brendan Rothwell traces his love of the instrument and its intense soul possibilities to hearing the legendary Marcus Miller play on Miles Davis's classic TUTU. On the heels of a debut that charted both in the US and Canada, his latest album SENTIMENT, is an eclectic, deeply rhythmic sonic experience. He includes several picture-perfect, frothy funk, Smooth Jazz tracks, but the collection's deeper pleasures expand the emotional palette into neo-soul, jazz fusion, and even the ambient territory.

A popular contemporary jazz guitarist, Nils Jiptner, aka Nils, is a successful solo artist, session player, and instructor, with a groove-based sound influenced by his love for funk and fusion. A native of Munich, Nils first started playing guitar in his teens, inspired by bands like Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple.
Although his smooth guitar chops and dynamic stage persona draw fans, Nick Colionne has balanced his over a 20-year career with a dedication to teaching and mentoring students. Emerging in the '90s with his debut, It's My Turn, Colionne established himself as an in-demand player in the Chicago area, building upon the soulful jazz style of idols like Wes Montgomery, George Benson, and Grover Washington, Jr.
Ralph Johnson is the original founding member of Earth, Wind, and Fire. He is the holder of 7 Grammy's, one of which is a Lifetime achievement awarded to him in 2016. He and the rest of the band were inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in 2000. He was also honored recently as one of the recipients of The Kennedy Center Honors in 2019.
Robert L. Bryant
Robert L. Bryant aka Remotejazz is a composer, and producer based in Frederick, Maryland. Bob's interest in music began as a young man while playing the clarinet and bass clarinet. In college, he went on to study music theory, musical theatre, and communications. With six major releases under his belt and another one on the way, Bob has created a transcendent, ethereal mix of chill, smooth jazz, electronic harmonies, and light funk. His compositions are sonically designed as a response to the chaotic world in which we all live in. Bob is also a professional graphics artist and is responsible for creating and maintaining the website for worldwide jazz radio.

Two-time Emmy Award-winning bassist, composer, producer, and son of legendary Bay Area keyboardist, Merl Saunders, Tony Saunders’ life has been infused with one musical adventure after another. As an arranger, producer, composer, and performer, Saunders has conquered the worlds of jazz, gospel, R&B, pop, rock, and world music. He earned the first of his two Emmys at age 14 for collaborating with his dad on the PBS documentary Soul Is and by 17 was playing with Merl and Jerry Garcia on their collaborative projects.
Tracy Carter is a gifted and talented producer, songwriter keyboardist, Music Director, vocalist, percussionist, and philanthropist. Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Tracy began playing the piano at the age of nine. Tracy has worked with many artists in several genres of Music exceptionally talented Artist.
Brad Alexander, a Los Angeles native, has been in the music business for many years. As an accomplished music producer, songwriter, and pianist he has assisted many other artists in presenting their music to the world. He has served as a keyboard player for artists in different genres of music, but Smooth Jazz is where his heart is.
Richard Edwards - Celebrates his 45-year-old career in the broadcasting and entertainment industry including commercial radio - product launches, TV extra work, and voice-overs. SmoothGrooves began on community radio in 2003 and has been on air every week since 2009. It is now airing on multiple stations around the world. Rich has built a reputation for playing new artists and continuing to move forward mixing new artists with established musicians every week. We welcome him to our radio family and know you will be eager to join him weekly on 'Smooth Grooves'.
Joel Del Rosario
Guitarist and songwriter, Joel Del Rosario (JDR) has been active in the Smooth Jazz genre for over fifteen years. He has self-produced five smooth jazz albums and has been featured on, and contributed his writing skills to multiple contemporary jazz projects. A Billboard charting artist, he has won and been nominated for several awards which include Coffee Talk Jazz Radio’s “Best Jazz Guitarist of the Year” to the 2012 Los Angeles Music Awards. He has performed alongside and opened up for Smooth Jazz’s finest including Brian Culbertson, Michael Lington, Jazz In Pink, Warren Hill, Eric Darius, Christopher Williams, amongst many others.
Hailing from Philadelphia, PA, Gail is a Berklee College of Music alumni and in 2020, she received a master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University in conjunction with Berklee College of Music, in Music Business. As a musician she has worked with some of the top artists in the business, like Brenda Russell, Jermaine Jackson, Pink, Norman Brown, Patti Austin, Jeff Lorber, Bobby Womack and Jonathan Butler. As a recording artist, Gail/Jazz in Pink signed with Shanachie Entertainment in 2019. The current singles, Joy Joy and Keystroke did well on the charts! The complete CD Joy was released Oct. 2020. Gail is presently music contributor for 2 magazines, Indie Incognito and WIJSF Music Woman. Gail has also authored method books published by Hal Leonard, including: Funk Keyboards, Dictionary of Keyboard Grooves; and later Jazzy Keyboards & Write on Manuscript Papers, all of which can be found on her website: www.gailjhonson.com.
